Fake Gallery, Real Residency. Somewhere along the line, a pretend activity becomes a real thing. Somewhere in joking around together, real ideas are born and genuine advancements made. A fake gallery hosts real residencies. The residents make real art, have good conversation and add an item to their cv. A fake business gives us the authority of an arts institution, without being an arts institution.
Misc Inc does not accumulate wealth, but produces cultural capital.
